If you’ve ever bought stationery just to admire it for weeks (or months 🙈) before using it,  you’re already my kind of person.

I’ve always loved beautiful paper, thoughtful details, and the quiet joy of creating something with my hands. By profession, I’m a fashion designer with over a decade of experience in design and business — creativity has always been my language.

Life, however, had other plans.

When we learned that our elder son is autistic, our world shifted overnight. The life we knew, careers, routines, social circles, slowly faded away. My husband and I chose to step back from everything else to be fully present for him. Our home became our whole world, and stress became a constant companion.

In the middle of all this, I found comfort in stationery and crafting.

Planning and creative journaling became my escape, a way to breathe, to process, to feel like me again. Whenever the weight felt too heavy, I’d reach for paper, stickers, and colors… and slowly, it helped me heal.

Later, I discovered stationery swap mails , the joy of curating, decorating, and sending little bundles of happiness to strangers who felt like friends. The messages I received after — “This made my day”, “I felt so loved opening this” — meant everything.

That feeling stayed with me.

And that’s how Crazy Planner Lady was born, a small Instagram shop, started with shaky hands, a hopeful heart, and no idea if anyone would even buy a single item.

Two years later, here I am , having fulfilled thousands of orders, sending stationery from India to places like Las Vegas and South Africa. It still feels surreal.

But this was never just a shop.

Crazy Planner Lady is my way of healing, of supporting my family, of sharing my love for paper with people who truly get it. It’s about connection, comfort, creativity — and finding beauty in small rituals.

As I step into 2026, this journey is evolving.

The Crazy Paper Mail Club was born from a simple thought:
What if you didn’t have to wait for inspiration? What if it arrived at your doorstep, every month, like a gentle reminder to slow down and create?

The Mail Club is my love letter to fellow stationery lovers, a recurring pocket of joy, thoughtfully curated to support your creative routine, your quiet moments, and your need for something just for you.

Every piece I design or curate comes from genuine passion and lived experience, keeping you, my fellow paper lover, in mind.
